Positive 1 to 1 – Positive 1 to 1 sessions are private sessions designed around the development and fitness requirements of each player. All sessions will be age related and position related for older ages, the sessions will involve an initial Introduction session where the coach will assess current player capability and a development plan will be created for each player covering movement, technique, speed, awareness, balance, co-ordination and lots more. 1 to 1 sessions are a great way to for players to practice and improve individual parts of their game for rapid returns. All 1 to 1 session will adhere to the Positive coaching methodology; Fun, engaging, friendly and technically rewarding.
To gain maximum effect we recommend an 8 week 1 to 1 program, however single sessions can be booked.
Positive 1 to 1 sessions are for all players, from new player u4 all the way up to adult players.

Lots of ball time

Individualized content

Football/Futsal specific practices for improving, movement, technique, speed, awareness, balance, co-ordination and much more.
Single 50 minute session £15.00.
8 session structured program £110.00.
Sessions will take place at an agreed location.
